Simple question. Is intake cost yours to fix, or should I be talking to someone else at AM Specialty?

Hi Stefanie,

Third panel is about where I am.

Our agent would have run this follow-up better than I have, which is sort of the point. It takes the loss report, files it, and has a crew moving inside 15 minutes, in whatever language the caller started in. Every action it takes stays on the record. And nobody has to talk it into working the Saturday after a hailstorm.

Your adjusters get their day back and you stop paying licensed people to type. That's the whole pitch.
